I have a new computer and have misplaced my Vanguard cd. I tried to find a digital download but was unsuccessful.

Searching again today but if I can't solve this I won't be on tomorrow night.

I can mail you one if you don't find it.

The anniversary person had the gift for all my characters but Sonnen. I submitted a petition and the GM said something about clearing a flag that was set wrong. When I logged back in I still could not get the anniversary quest but then found the reward in the bank. I suggest checking your bank first, then petition. It will be worth it.

How do I do that? When I click on the petition button I get a blank page and I cannot type anything.

The system is buggy. That window should turn into a web page where you log in to Sony's web site to submit your petition. My window was blank at first but I waited and eventually the page loaded. I think you can do the petition online through the website if it won't start in game. It is something like station.sony.com and you have to log in with username and password. The interface is a real pain but once you get through it the petition response has been pretty good for me.

Ok, it finally loaded and I sent the petition. Already received a response - the same flagged issue as yours I guess. But when I logged back into game I got the gift but there's an error message when I try to open it .

You need several open slots in your inventory to open the package, might want to do it at a bank.

It's not my inventory, submitted another petition....

Well apparently there is only one anniversary gift ever. Since I got last year's I don't get one this year...
