The introductory Spring Festival quest grants almost 3000 Legendary Item XP, worth doing I think for those with legendary items.

Allen did this again today for 3555 legendary item XP! 2 more weapons leveled.
Don't have to do any of the Spring quests, just accept the quest to travel there then zip back to your bind spot.
