I don't remember, sorry. I never died though. I can't find any info on this quest.

They got me too. I did the Chapter 7 solo only quest and Chapter 8 which was just a turnin - turned off my XP at 32000 into level 60. The Chapter 9 session play doesn't say it is solo only and says there are 250 slots available. Is it possible to do this as a group?

I'm going to try the other session quest "The Fall of Moria" (NPC Skygni) for practice. I read up on it and they say the secret is to hang back and watch the other dwarves fight. Maybe this would also work against Mazog.

Note: somewhere in this thread it says that one of the skills available is some kind of heal and we need to use that to survive. Next time I'll pay more attention to how the skills work. :)

Ah, We Cannot Get Out. You can't kill Mazog, we will meet him again later for real. Just survive long enough to write in the book. I am sure I have failed in there, just don't remember it. I will do it today, if possible.

I think the 250 slots mean that there are that many instances available.

I will look for the healing skill, don't remember it. I just need to survive a little bit longer. Really like the quest.

I failed again. Found the healing skill and it worked well in the fight at the bridge but never lit up in the last fight.

Hmm, maybe you need fervour or it has a long cooldown? And where is Skygni? 21st hall?

Yes Skygni is in the 21st hall. I did that this morning, was fun and easy. Just don't attack the Balrog!

I finished the instance. First time I died to the boss, second time they snuck in an Elite Master Troll and killed me. Third time I stayed back by the book and just fought the boss and troops, remembered to use the HEALING skill, stayed alive long enough for boss to turn green...died for the win.

I can't find Skygni.

I did finish We Cannot Get Out. The healing skill requires 3 fervour and a defeated enemy.

Found Skygni.

Finally finished, took 2 more times because some trolls killed me on the bridge. It looks like we are done with Book 3 and it says I have unlocked the movie "Volume II, Book 3: The Lord of Moria". Is there a way to watch this movie?

I took the beginning quests for Book 4, says they are solo but I believe we could do them in a group. Do you want to wait and do them together?

The movie should have played after you finished. Are these the quests (3) you get after turn in of the instance?

Book 4 starts the harder quests, especially The Forgotten Treasury. It took my guys hours to solo it, a full group is recommended, but we get help with just three. Fun times ahead.

I think we should do the quests together, if for continuity if nothing else. There will be at least three more solo only quests, I think.

Yes there was a very short movie that played, guess that was it.

Yes I was talking about the quests we get after turning in the instance. We are supposed to help 3 dwarves. I took those 3 quests and they involve running around and talking to people. I agree that it would be good to do them together. They may lead to new areas and other things to work on.
