Free Agents Favor

I think we should do quests for Free Agents favor so that our rogue can buy Thieves' Tools with +4 to Open Locks and Disable Device. That is 2 better than the Masterwork tools and might make a difference some day.

Out of 75 favor needed we already have 30 from last week:
21 from the 3 Baudry Cartamon quests and 9 from The Smuggler's Warehouse

Available:
21 on Korthos (9 from Sacrifices and 12 from Misery's Peak)
24 in the Harbor (12 from Walk the Butcher's Path, 12 from Durk's Got a Secret)
18 in the Cerulean Hills (9 each from Where There's Smoke and The Captives)
