My chanter will pay 3pp for each one you give him. This is after Dude gets her weapon from Qeynos. Chanter sold his first Stein today for 300pp, too cheap I guess as I had two tells within 30 seconds. He is gathering mats for the next one now, has 2 out of 4.

That is why I started him, I have done it before in live EQ. I have enough to get my Pally a good weapon now. Unlike your hardcore self, I consider my characters as my stable, and they have to pay room and. Board.

The quest is about the most fun one can have with a lvl 8 DE Chanter, or Level 12 of other races. I encourage you to try it.

I've done the quest, long ago. I'll do it again if my chanter gets old enough but he is getting very little play time.

First time I did it the hard way, running to Akanon for the tonic. Since my chanter is a DE, I started a character just to kill the fish. What a pain, once engaged, he could not breathe anymore. I killed four fish, no corpse, fifth time he killed it, the corpse stayed and he was killed by guard. A throwaway anyway. So chanter has the fish and needs one more honey comb, will kill Bixies till he loots it. A lot of work, could probably kill spiderings in Nek Forest and make as much money. A few stupid deaths by being a DE. The fish killer died five times.
