Server Upgrade/Migration

The server that our forums are hosted on is being upgraded. They are setting up a brand new server and migrating accounts over from the old server to the new one.

START TIME: Friday, February 27th 5PM CST END TIME: Saturday, February 28th 5PM CST (Estimated) IMPACT TIME: 15 to 30 minutes per account, perhaps less

This migration will include an IP address change. The IP address should change automatically and not cause a problem.

I will be making a backup of the forums just in case.
