The introductory Spring Festival quest grants almost 3000 Legendary Item XP, worth doing I think for those with legendary items.

Allen did this again today for 3555 legendary item XP! 2 more weapons leveled.
Don't have to do any of the Spring quests, just accept the quest to travel there then zip back to your bind spot.

No freebies today
and Fred does not get the legendary XP, must be either a level thing or does not work with the beginner legendary items
