Dark Elf Group

Post by Cabkin »

If we go with a DE group I'd prefer all dark elves for the role playing aspect. If we really wanted a shaman then an ogre or troll would probably work. Trying to play with a group member from a good race might be interesting but faction issues would really complicate things.

Well it sounds like we are starting dark elves. We will need to coordinate on what level we get to before our first outing.

My SK just hit 3 from my new junkie rush :giggle: Just got my 2nd backpack and a sewing kit. Still mostly naked but I did upgrade the starter short sword to a tarnished short sword. I had forgotten that SKs get spells in waves, the first at L9. My short plan is to work tradeskills a little and fill in the armor holes and stop the "you are hungry" spam.

I made an enchanter, name Ambroise. I have almost a full set of cloth armor from the skellies (missing arms and head) and they have been dropping enough rations for me to get by on. When the rations run out I'll start eating chunks of meat from the wolves. I've bought a couple of large boxes to use until I can afford backpacks. Currently working on tailoring so I can make some silk armor.

Ok I will make a cleric? Mana won't be an issue with a chanter.

Pushed halfway through L4 and made my first tunnel visit. Realized I overshot when I loaded into WC... Collected 60pp (1 HQ bear pelts and 60 bone chips) and turned half that into fletching and smithing skill points before I got tired :giggle: Realized I need a bow for distance pulling until I get spells at L9. Was hoping to smith myself a couple forged weapons, but it looks like the nearest heavy blade molds (2H sword) are in East Freeport, but IIRC I am KOS in much of the city until I kill enough DF orcs...

Do we have a group plan yet for a first "outing"?

I am 80% through level 3 on my cleric, Mizak. I can probably hit 4 this afternoon. I don't have enough coin for all my spells but I have the three important ones: a buff, a nuke and a heal.

Dragaddar is one kill from level four. Backpack, large bag, splintering club and newbie poker. Looks like a good group. Cab, we should start a Breeze pool as to when we will reach that.

Spoken like a true Battle Cleric...one of three most important spells is a nuke. Just kidding Ten, enjoy your class. I will have the weakest character for some time, no Backstab till ten, dual wield at thirteen.
